Liz Mena is a Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Practitioner. She is a certified Master Teacher Practitioner by the Kindred Spirits' Reiki Usui Master Teacher Degree Program of Natural Health from the Inner Journey Wellness Program. She has additional certifications in Shambhala Reiki and Shamanic Healing. Liz is a member of the International Board of Coaches and Practitioners and has been on a spiritual path for over thirty years. She feels blessed to have encountered Master level Spiritual Teachers who have come into her life and guided her to learn about yoga, meditation and mind, body, and spirit teachings. This is how she understood her gifts. One of her spiritual teachers introduced her to Reiki healing and, once Liz experienced a beautiful Angelic experience, she became interested in learning about Reiki. She also feels very blessed to have discovered Kindred Spirits Healing Center, where she teaches the "Mind, Body, Spirit and Reiki Healing Practical Guidance" class. This class provides guidance to people who have questions about their spiritual gift and don’t know whom to talk to. Liz loves to travel to Spiritual nature places like Sedona, Mount Shasta, National Parks and the beach!

Deep Tolia-Shah is a certified Reiki Master/Practitioner. Deep’s healing journey began as a young child, she learned from her grandfather who was a Healer. Deep’s approach to Healing is one of Compassion, Intuition, and Holistic Well-Being. She believes that the Body, Mind, and Spirit are interconnected, and Reiki serves as a powerful tool to help restore Balance and Harmony in all aspects of life. Her training has equipped her with knowledge and expertise to channel Universal Life Energy for the purpose of Healing and Spiritual Growth.

Ana Goncalvez is a Reiki Master with a deep passion for healing both animals and people. Originally from Costa Rica, she is  a mother of two and the proud guardian of nine pets: three dogs, three rabbits, and three cats, with one of the rabbits born in my home. Ana always felt an unspoken connection to the natural world, a bond that has been central to her spiritual journey. Animals hold a special place in her heart, and she believes they are natural healers. Through Reiki, Ana supports both animals and their owners in achieving harmony and balance.  She also advocates for their welfare, ensuring that they live healthier, happier lives. Reiki has also given Ana the tools to help people on their own healing journeys. Whether someone is seeking relief from stress, emotional imbalances, or physical discomfort, Reiki offers a holistic, non-invasive approach to healing. As Ana continues her path, she remains committed to nurturing these connections, advocating for the welfare of animals, and using Reiki to promote healing and balance. Whether working with people or animals, Ana strives to create a space where healing can occur, and where the beauty of nature and the energy of love are honored. 

Shana is a Reiki Master, Teacher,  Intuitive Reader, Somatic and Trauma- Informed Practioner and is a trained Family Constellation Practitioner. These practices support Shana during sessions to assist folks in connecting to their soul purpose and uncover and acknowledge hidden traumas as they continue their journey of healing.

As a Reiki practioner, Shana combines sound therapy, crystals, tuning forks and the power of Reiki energy to assist in the process of balance and healing for each client. Spirit is always present guiding her through each session and some messages may be communicated during the session.

and Intuitive Life Coach. Her Healings help clients move into a calm state and release. She has a gentle open approach to her Healings.

Reiki sessions with Kelly bring healing energy to one’s energetic being on the physical, mental, emotional, and Spiritual levels, removing energetic blocks, and healing imbalances at their core. Clients leave Kelly’s Reiki sessions feeling peaceful, nurtured, affirmed in their Life Path with a deeper connection to their Higher Self, and ultimately Alignment and Connection to Divine Energy.

Kelly Lynn Glab, M.S., RMT holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development, a B.S. in Psychology, and a minor degree in Business Administration.  Kelly is a Reiki Master Teacher who graduated from the only Certified Reiki Training Program in WA State, studying under Eileen Dey.
