Alchemy of Fear

Fear shows up in many ways—hesitation, anxiety, or self-doubt—but it can also guide us toward growth. Alchemy of Fear offers simple tools to recognize and work with fear through mindfulness, reflection, and energy awareness. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore rituals for release, learn ways to stay grounded in uncertainty, and practice turning fear into clarity and courage. Open to all levels of experience and spiritual backgrounds.
