Welcome to the Healing and Release Ceremony!

This is an initimate class that meets during the Full Moon Energy. During this ceremonial class, we connect with our bodies as practice breathe work, somatic dance movements, journal, pull an oracle card and move into rest with a mini sound bath. The purpose is to feel supoorted as we are all engaging with stories, our pain body, discomfort and stored energies that are no longer serving us.
